Genealogy is such a wonderful subject, we love it, and find it totally addictive. We aim to make this site one of the best United Kingdom genealogy sources on the net. When you see some of the UK family history sites already available you will agree that this is a mammoth task - we love a challenge!
We are building this site mainly around our own family history interests, namely UK genealogy, but especially the West Country (Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Cornwall, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire). If this is not your cup-of-tea then please do not be put off yet as we are sure there will be something of interest to everyone with regard to their UK roots - if not then please tell us!. We have information for most counties online, and if not it will be coming soon...
By all means feel free to browse around at will; in fact we welcome it. You will find all sorts of information, from the normal external links, to parish register transcripts on this site. You can also find the Heralds' Visitations of some counties. Please note though that our main aim is to provide free content on this website, so if you are looking for links sites then we suggest you look at Genealogy Links.net or Cyndi's List
