Description
Glusburn, a township and a village in Kildwick parish, W. R. Yorkshire, on the river Aire, near the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, 4 miles S of Skipton. The township contains the village of Crossbills, which has a post, money order, and telegraph office under Keighley. Acreage, 1525; population, 1942. There are Wesleyan and Primitive Methodist chapels.
