Haseley, a parish in Warwickshire, adjacent to the Warwick and Birmingham Canal, 1 1/2 mile NE of Hatton station on. the G.W.R., and 3 1/2 miles NW of Warwick. Post town, Warwick; money order and telegraph office, Hatton. Acreage, 1201; population, 208. The manor belonged to the Throck-morton family from the time of Queen Mary till 1725, and part of the old mansion still remains. The present manor-house was rebuilt in 1877. Haseley Hall is another principal residence. The waterworks for the town of Warwick are situated here, and the water flows .down to Warwick with its own gravitation. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Worcester; gross value, £295 with residence. The church is ancient, and contains an ancient font and a fine brass of Sir William Throckmorton.
