Great Harborough, Warwickshire

Harborough, Great, or Harborough Magna, a village and a parish in Warwickshire, 3 1/4 miles NW of Rugby. There is a post office under Rugby; money order office, Pailton; telegraph office, Brinklow. Acreage, 1393; population, 309. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Worcester; value, £555. The church is part of a very ancient one, supposed to have been monastic; consists of nave, aisles, and chancel, with a tower, and has some very curiously stained glass. It was restored in 1869.
