Wilby, a parish, with a small village, in Suffolk, 7 miles ESE of Eye station on the G.E.R. Post town, Stradbroke, under Wickham Market. Acreage, 2130; population of the civil parish, 400; of the ecclesiastical, 396. There is a parish council consisting of seven members. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich; gross value, £500 with residence. The church is Perpendicular and good.
