Westleton, a village and a parish in Suffolk. The village stands 2 miles ESE of Darsham station on the G.E.R., and o 1/2 NE of Saxmundham, and has a post and money order office under Saxmundham; telegraph office, Darsham. Acreage of parish, 7122; population, 807. There is a parish council of eleven members. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Norwich; net value, £240 with residence. The church is an ancient building of flint in the Perpendicular style. There is a Primitive Methodist chapel.
