Ringshall, a village and a parish in Suffolk. The village stands 4 1/2 miles WSW of Needham Market station on the G.E.R., and has a post office under Stowmarket; money order and telegraph office, Combs. The parish comprises 2135 acres; population, 286. The manor belongs to the Adair family. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich , net value, £411 with residence. Patron, Pembroke College, Oxford. The church is an ancient Gothic building of flint and rubble, consisting of chancel, nave, S porch, and & square embattled western tower. There is a Baptist chapel.
