Description
Cornard, Little, a village and a parish in Suffolk, on the river Stour, adjacent to the G.E.R., 2 1/2 miles SE of Sudbury. Post town, Sudbury, which is the money order and telegraph office. Acreage, 1748; population, 329. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Ely; net yearly value, £352 with residence. The church is an ancient building of stone in the Perpendicular style. Combrook.
