Farnham, a village and a parish in Suffolk, near the river Aide, 2- 1/4 miles SW from Saxmundham, and 3 1/4 NE from Marlesford station on the G.E.R., with a post and money order office under Saxmundham; telegraph office, Wickham Market. Acreage, 1199 ; population, 185. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Norwich; net value, c£86 with residence. The church is Norman, with a flint tower, and very good.
