Description
Crowfield, a parish in Suffolk, 5 miles ENE of Needham-Market town and station on the G.E.R. It has a post office under Needham-Market; money order and telegraph office, Coddenham. Acreage, 1731; population, 293. The living is a perpetual curacy, annexed to the vicarage of Coddenham, in the diocese of Norwich ; joint value, £587 with residence. The church is an interesting building of flint and wood in the Perpendicular style. There is a small Baptist chapel.
