Description
Langridge, a parish, with a village, in Somerset, adjacent to Gloucestershire, and near Lansdown Hill, 4 miles NNW of Bath station on the G.W.R. Post town, Bath. Acreage, 773; population of the civil parish, 85; of the ecclesiastical, 82. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Bath and Wells; value, £110 with residence. The church measures only 50 feet by 18, has a beautiful Anglo-Norman entrance, and was restored in 1889.
