Description
Glazeley, a parish in Salop,,on an affluent of the Severn, 8 1/4 miles SSW of Bridgnorth. Post town, Bridgnorth. Acreage, 639; population of the civil parish, 37; of the ecclesiastical, with Chetton, Deuxhill, and Loughton, 622. The living is a rectory, annexed to the rectories of Chetton and Deuxhill, and the chapelry of Loughton, in the diocese of Hereford; joint net value, £319 with residence. The church was erected in 1875 on the site of a former church.
