Albury or Aldbury, a parish in Oxfordshire, near the river Thame, 3 miles NW of Tetsworth, and adjoining Tiddington station on the G.W.R. It includes Tiddington township. It has a post office under Oxford; money order and telegraph office, Great Milton. Acreage, 674; population of the civil parish, 53; of the ecclesiastical, 203. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Oxford, and its yearly value £246. Patron, the Earl of Abingdon. The church is a modern building in the Perpendicular style, and was restored in 1892.
