Kersall, a township in Kneesall parish, Notts, 5 miles SE of Ollerton, and 7 from Newark station on the G.N.R. and M.R. Post town, Kneesall; money order and telegraph office, Ollerton. Acreage, 669; population, 55. The manor is held by the Duke of Newcastle under the Duchy of Lancaster. There is a Primitive Methodist chapel.
