Description
Black-Carts and Ryehill form a township in the parish of Simonburn, Northumberland, near the Roman Wall, 8 1/2 miles NW of Hexham, and 3 from Chollerford station on the North British railway. Humshaugh is the post, money order, and telegraph office. Acreage, 29 ; population, 22.
