Description
Woodton, a parish in Norfolk, 4 miles from Ditchingham station on the G.E.R., containing a village of its own name. Post town, Bungay. Acreage, 2185; population, 445. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich; net value, £430 with residence. Patron, King's College, Cambridge. The church is an ancient building of rubble and flint, and has been restored. There is a Primitive Methodist chapel.
