Thornham, a parish, with a village, in Norfolk, on the coast, 4 miles E by N of Hunstanton station on the G.E.R. It has a post, money order, and telegraph office under Lynn. Acreage, 2781; population, 626. Bricks are made. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Norwich; net value, £190 with residence. Patron, the Bishop of Norwich. The church is a large structure of flint in the Decorated style, and was restored in 1877. There are Wesleyan and Primitive Methodist chapels.
