Colkirk, a parish in Norfolk, near the river Wensum, 2 miles S of Fakenham Town station on the Midland and Great Northern Joint railway. It has a post office under Fakenham; money order and telegraph office, Fakenham. Acreage, 1564; population, 438. The living is a rectory, united with the rectory of Oxwick, in the diocese of Norwich ; joint net yearly value, £530. The church is a small building of flint in the Gothic style. There is a Primitive Methodist chapel.
