Faldingworth, a village and a parish in Lincolnshire, 2 miles WNW from Wickenby station on the M.S. & L.E., and 5 SW by W from Market Easen, with a post office under Market Easen; money order and telegraph office, Market Easen. Acreage, 2539; population of the civil parish, 278; of the ecclesiastical, with Buslingthorpe, 329. The living is a rectory, with Buslingthorpe, in the diocese of Lincoln; net value, £353 with residence. The church, a small building of' stone, was rebuilt, with the exception of the tower, in 1890-91, and there are Wesleyan and Free Methodist chapels.
