Ashby-Parva or Little Ashby, a parish in Leicestershire, 1 1/2 mile NE of Ullesthorpe station on the M.R, and 3 1/2 miles NNW of Lutterworth, which is the post town and money order office; telegraph office, Ullesthorpe. Acreage, 1369; population, 137. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Peterborough; net value, £200. Patron, the Lord Chancellor. The church is a small building of stone in the Perpendicular style. There is also a Congregational chapel.
