Stanley Pontlarge, a parish in Gloucestershire, 2 1/2 miles NW of Winchcomb, and 4 S by E of Beckford station on the M.R. Post town, Winchcomb (R.S.O.) Acreage, 684; population, 91. The manor belongs to the Earl of Wemyss. The living is a perpetual curacy, annexed to Winchcombe. The church is Early Norman with later insertions.
