Description
Woodleigh, a parish in Devonshire, half a mile from Loddiswell station on the G.W.R. Post town, Kingsbridge. Acreage, 2655; population of the civil parish, 198; of the ecclesiastical, 187. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Exeter; net value, £350 with residence. The church is an ancient edifice of stone in the Perpendicular style, and was well restored in 1893.
