Tetcott, a parish in Devonshire, on the river Tamar, 5 miles from Tower Hill station on the L. & S.W.R. Post town, Holsworthy. Acreage, 1722; population of the civil parish, 207; of the ecclesiastical, 240. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Exeter; gross value, £150 with residence. The church is ancient, and the chancel has been restored. There is a Bible Christian chapel.
