Description
Hollacombe, a parish in Devonshire, on the river Claw, 2 1/2 miles E by S of Holsworthy station on the L. & S.W.R. Post town, Holsworthy. Acreage, 1230; population, 91. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Exeter; value, £70. Patron, the Lord Chancellor. The church is ancient, with a low tower, and was restored in 1870 and again in 1887.
