Offcote and Underwood, a liberty and a township in Ashborne parish, Derbyshire, suburban to Ashborne town, and partly within the town's recognized limits. Post town, Ashborne Green; money order and telegraph office, Ashborne. Acreage of township, 1840 of land and 6 of water; population, 608. Ashborne Green Hall, Offcote Hurst, and Sandybrooke Hall are chief residences.
