"Who's Who" is a biographical dictionary, published annually. Since 1897 it has contained the biographies of persons of note, whereas earlier editions contained just lists of people in high office. This volume contains the biographies of all people who had been listed in "Who's Who" editions from 1897-1916 inclusive and had died.
